It starts in late October or early November with one of our Shakthi Rising Days, Diwali. Diwali is the Indian Festival of Lights and brings in the Indian New Year.

What is Planifesting? It’s a combo of Manifesting, Planning and Congruent Choice and Action which results in you actualizing your desires.

I’ve been meditating daily for several years and I have a really strong daily practice, but things weren’t always this way.
I remember that when I first started wanting to do a morning practice, it took me months to even start. And, when I did it, I would do it like another thing to check off of my list, so it wasn’t really very nourishing. LOL.
I made it very long and cumbersome – it was 2.5 hours long and I had all these Ayurvedic practices to do along with the sage, the tapping, the journaling, the card reading etc. etc.
After a few weeks, I abandoned it completely because it was overwhelming.
I knew there had to be another way, a better way, to get me to do it, to actually enjoy it and deeply receive from it.
I have gone from intense struggle to deep ease and love with my morning practice and with all my other daily, weekly and monthly practices.
And, as these shifts has occurred, it has created more ease with other places in which I used to struggle and resist change.
More about me and why I created this program
I’ve been interested in spirituality and the meaning of life ever since I can remember. You might even say I’m obsessed.
I’ve been steeped in Sanskrit Mantras and Vedic wisdom since before I could speak. My grandmother was a Sanskrit Scholar. My father is also extremely learned in Vedic wisdom and even conducts marriage ceremonies. He’s also a Karma Yogi, so I’m trained by the best.
(What the heck is a karma yogi? You’ll learn a ton about that in the program! It’s being a master at clearing difficult karma and clearing the way for your True Self to lead the way)
During college, my friends and my classes taught me so much about Buddhism, Taoism, Magick, plant medicines and also “other ways” of getting present and experiencing life which have continued to reverberate in my being. Approaches to Mysticism was my favorite class in college because it taught me that the mystics of every religion teach the same message about wholeness and oneness.
I followed my passion as a side interest alongside my very practical business and law degree and 15-20 years of experience as a corporate negotiator which means I’m naturally talented at speaking up for what I want and teaching you to do the same.
I’m a geek in some ways and I love reading and studying so I have at least 11 different coaching and leadership certifications and I’m a certified Yoga Teacher, I’ve completed a deep Tantric training, and I’m currently in Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and Shakti School Ayurveda Training.
For the last 10 years, I’ve been coaching and mentoring women to tune into who they really are and create life, love and work from their Shakthi, and as you can see from some of the comments from the women I have worked with, the work has been transformative and life changing.
I’ve also struggled mightily to get to a place of knowing the voice of my soul, tapping into my intuition, and creating my life from there.

Do I have to learn how to meditate?
No, you don’t have to. However, if you wish to learn how to meditate, I will be sharing some training on different kinds of meditation and options to get started.
