I call it your Transformation Focus for the week – so you can see your true potential and live into it, so you can be the woman you were born to be and feel successful, self-expressed and free.

I recommend you also set aside 2 hours each week on Monday/Tuesday, to dive into the content and do the exercises. I know that this may seem like a lot at first, but I promise you that it will be worth it. At the end of the 8-week period, you will experience a big shift and transformation.
